Well, happy November everyone! We’re drawing closer and closer to Christmas. Whether you’re excited for the festive period or not, November has plenty of events and shows to get you in the mood for Christmas or to simply make sure you enjoy your time.
Saturday 5th November
The 5th of November calls for one thing, Bonfire night. Come along to the River Mersey to enjoy one of the best firework shows around. Activities are planned to start from 4pm and fireworks scheduled for around 6:30pm. Bring all of your family along to the River of Light this Bonfire night to view the beautiful firework display, we bet it will be outstanding.
Monday 7th November
If you’re not quite over the spookiness of Halloween, going to see Susan Hill’s The Woman in Black is not to be missed. Leaving you half on the edge of your seat and half wishing you stayed at home, this ghost story will have you gripped right from the start.
Saturday 12th November
Perhaps one for the ladies, The Full Monty is a perfect excuse for a short break to Liverpool with the girls. It’s a pretty good hen party idea too! This show is a mixture between hilariously funny and a heart touching production. Whether you’re wanting a laugh or cry, The Full Monty will definitely have you doing both!
Friday 18th November
If you’re into rock music then we bet that The Courtneers is right up your street. So we would guess that you’d be happy to hear that they’ve announced details of a new single as well as their biggest UK tour to date! Brilliant, book your tickets now and come along to Liverpool to enjoy an amazing, unforgettable night of music.
Saturday 19th November
The legendary comedian Billy Connolly is coming to Liverpool to entertain 100’s of you at the Echo arena. Having been voted the best comedian of all time by Channel 4 viewers, this is definitely not an opportunity you want to lose. Bring yourself along to Liverpool this Saturday to see one of the UK’s most favourite comedians, you don’t want to miss out!
Sunday 20th November
”Standing in a crowded room, and I can’t see your face”, sorry we were just dreaming about Jess Glynne there, but you don’t need to. Jess is coming to Liverpool this November as part of her tour! Tuesday 22nd November
Enjoy a night full of stitches and giggles at none other than The Catherine Tate Show Live, with some of the best known characters around, you most certainly won’t be leaving without your cheekbones hurting. It’s expected to be an outstanding night with plenty of laughter and maybe even tears, but happy tears of course.
Saturday 26th November
Come along and meet Shrek, Alex, Po and their friends at DreamWorks Lights for Christmas. With this illuminating lantern experience coming to the UK from 26th November to the 15th January, this is an all round perfect day out or night for the children, and you never know, the adults could thoroughly enjoy themselves too!
